$1.7B Bid For Malaysian KFC Cos. Clears Shareholder Hurdle

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 5:45 PM EST) -- Shareholders of KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Bhd voted Monday to approve a $1.7 billion bid for the company and another Malaysian KFC franchisee by a consortium of investors including private equity firm CVC Capital Partners Ltd., according to regulatory filings.
