Enviros Blast Utilities' Challenge To Pa. Efficiency Targets

Law360, Philadelphia (November 5, 2012, 4:21 PM EST) -- Environmental groups Friday argued that four Pennsylvania electricity providers should not be allowed to challenge energy efficiency targets imposed by the state’s Public Utilities Commission, contending that the companies are capable of meeting the requirements and have failed to demonstrate otherwise.
