Key-Cutting Cos. Lock Down Antitrust, Patent Settlements

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 4:23 PM EST) -- An Ohio federal judge signed off on two settlements Monday to resolve separate antitrust and patent lawsuits between hardware supplier Hillman Group Inc. and a smaller competitor in the market for automatic key-cutting machines.
