US Defends Enviro Impact Review Of Ore. Wind Project

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 3:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. government told an Oregon federal court Friday that it fully considered the environmental and wildlife impacts before approving an industrial wind farm on Steens Mountain in its bid to defeat a challenge by environmental groups alleging the project was improperly pushed through.
