Data Co. Trustwave Added To Social Security Info Breach Suit

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 4:28 PM EST) -- A former South Carolina state senator on Monday expanded a class action over a massive data breach that compromised more than 3.6 million Social Security numbers to include information security company Trustwave Corp. and the state’s information technology agency.
