Colo. Won't Expand Medicaid Without More Info, Gov. Says

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 5:02 PM EST) -- In his annual budget request to the state legislature Thursday, the Democratic governor of Colorado did not include estimates for the expansion of Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act, saying the federal government hadn't yet provided enough details for the state to make a decision.
