Sandy Blamed For Blown Deadline In Ropes & Gray Bias Suit

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 7:47 PM EST) -- An attorney representing an ex-Ropes & Gray LLP associate in a race bias case missed the deadline for opposing the firm's bid to pare down his client's claims because of a family emergency and Hurricane Sandy, he told a Boston federal court Friday.
