Buckyballs Co. Stops Making Magnet Sets, Citing CPSC Pressure

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 6:56 PM EST) -- The maker of Buckyballs magnet sets said Wednesday that it would stop selling the products in response to "legal badgering" from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, which took the rare step of suing the company after it refused to recall the allegedly defective products.
