Enviros Challenge Approval Of Shell's Spill Response Plan

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 1:54 PM EST) -- A coalition of environmental groups urged an Alaska federal court on Monday to invalidate the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement's approval of two Royal Dutch Shell PLC units' spill response plans for oil drilling in the Arctic Ocean.
