Ex-UBS Banker Admits Helping US Citizens Evade Taxes

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 2:17 PM EST) -- A former UBS AG banker pled guilty in Florida federal court on Tuesday to charges that he helped American citizens use Swiss bank accounts to avoid paying taxes, the latest fallout from a federal probe into UBS' alleged work in offshore tax evasion.
