Axed Wal-Mart Marketing Exec Drops Claims

Law360, New York (November 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A fired Wal-Mart executive has decided to drop all claims in her breach of contract lawsuit against the retail giant, admitting that some of her accusations against the company's chief executive and a business partner were inaccurate.

Following a Michigan state court judge's decision to toss her lawsuit, Julie Ann Roehm announced Saturday that she would not refile her complaint in Arkansas, the home of Wal-Mart's headquarters.
