Archer Daniels Says Feds Discussing FCPA Inquiry's End

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 11:46 PM EST) -- Illinois-based grain handler Archer Daniels Midland Co. said Monday that it is negotiating with federal prosecutors and regulators to seek an end to certain potential Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations stemming from its deals involving grain and feed exports.
