Adidas Defeats German Injunction In Nike Shoe Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 2:18 PM EST) -- Adidas AG got some good news Wednesday in a patent dispute with Nike Inc., when a German court set aside an injunction that barred Adidas from selling its Primeknit running shoe in Germany, Adidas said.

Adidas said the Nuremberg District Court did away with the temporary injunction, which was issued on Aug. 28 after Nike alleged Adidas' Primeknit shoes ripped off its Flyknit shoe.
