Medicare Staffing Reimbursements Need Consistency, HHS Says

Law360, Washington (November 7, 2012, 4:46 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services urged the D.C. Circuit on Wednesday to take a hard line with Kaiser Foundation Hospitals' bid to review Medicare reimbursements for medical student staffing levels, arguing that revision deadlines must be enforced and caps should be maintained to keep the system stable.
