Law360, Philadelphia (November 7, 2012, 5:44 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Secretary Michael Krancer blasted the Clean Air Council in a letter to federal regulators Wednesday, saying the group’s claim that the state was failing to properly enforce air quality standards was contrary to federal case law and a threat to Pennsylvania jobs.
