Kentucky Uranium Plant Suit Revived

Law360, New York (November 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit has reversed the summary judgment granted to Union Carbide Corp., Lockheed Martin Energy Systems Inc. and other operators of a leaky uranium enrichment plant, which had been sued by neighboring homeowners for damage done to their property.
