Pa. PUC Issues Revised Figures For Fracking Impact Fees

Law360, Philadelphia (November 8, 2012, 2:45 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission on Wednesday released corrected figures for $204 million in impact fees to be issued to municipalities affected by Marcellus Shale drilling, two weeks after admitting that it made a miscalculation.
