Fired Chemical-Dump Whistleblowers Sue Philly Sewage Plant

Law360, Philadelphia (November 8, 2012, 5:44 PM EST) -- A pair of former employees at a Synagro Technologies Inc. plant in Philadelphia say they were fired from the company for raising concerns about incidents of illegal chemical dumping and dangerous job site conditions, according to a complaint filed in Pennsylvania state court on Tuesday.
