4 Security Cos. Selected For UK Cyberattacks Initiative

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 5:06 PM EST) -- Britain’s intelligence agency on Wednesday launched a new pilot program aimed at helping organizations respond to cybersecurity incidents by providing access to companies certified in data breach management and recovery.

The UK’s Government Communications Headquarters and the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure say the initiative, called Cyber Incident Response, will assist organizations hit by cyberattacks by connecting them with four companies that have proven knowledge and experience in responding to such incidents.
