Employers Need ACA Guidance Soon, Retail Group Says

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 2:16 PM EST) -- Employers need guidance in order to comply with the imminent requirements of the Affordable Care Act, and they need it sooner rather than later, a retail industry trade group said in a letter to President Barack Obama on Thursday.
