FTC's Rosch Plans To Stay Until Successor Takes Over

Law360, Washington (November 8, 2012, 8:16 PM EST) -- Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch of the Federal Trade Commission is in no rush to leave the antitrust enforcer and plans to stay until his replacement, Joshua Wright, is confirmed, the outgoing commissioner said Thursday.

Rosch's term expired in October, but under FTC rules he can continue to serve as commissioner while Wright, who was nominated to become the latest Republican on the commission in September, awaits Senate confirmation.
