Humana Failed To Monitor Drug Refills, HHS Report Says

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 4:57 PM EST) -- For more than two years, Humana Insurance Co. failed to prevent unallowable partial fills of drugs with a high potential for abuse while under contract with the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, according to a federal report released Thursday.
