Ex-Cooley Law Pupils Ask 6th Circ. To Revive Jobs Stats Suit

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 5:46 PM EST) -- Former Thomas M. Cooley Law School students are urging the Sixth Circuit to revive their putative class action over the school’s allegedly inflated graduate employment figures, saying a district court erred in holding they should not have relied on the “untrustworthy” reports.
