Ex-CCI President Gets Jail, House Arrest In FCPA Case

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 4:35 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday sentenced Control Components Inc.'s former president and CEO to a four-month prison sentence, also sentencing the company’s former sales manager to three months' probation for their participation in a foreign bribery scheme.

In addition to the prison sentence, ex-CEO Stuart Carson must complete eight months in home detention and pay a $20,000 fine, while his wife and former sales manager Hong “Rose” Carson must complete six months in home detention, serve 200 hours of community service and pay a $20,000 fine, U.S....
