Fla. High Court Remands Challenge To Justices' Retention

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 8:36 PM EST) -- The Florida Supreme Court on Thursday declined to take up a challenge to the retention of three high court justices in Tuesday's election and transferred the petition to a trial court to adjudicate the issue.
