DOJ Official Pushes ITC On Standards Patent Import Bans

Law360, Washington (November 8, 2012, 9:47 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice is glad to see federal judges have largely refused to issue injunctions in standard-essential patent cases and hopes the International Trade Commission will ultimately follow suit, an antitrust official said Thursday.
