DOJ Seeks More Info On Aetna's $5.7B Coventry Merger

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 5:49 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has asked for further information regarding Aetna Inc.'s planned $5.7 billion purchase of health care company Coventry Health Care Inc., but the deal is still expected to be completed in the middle of 2013, the companies said Friday.
