Nanya Drops Elpida ITC Patent Suit In Light Of Micron Deal

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 4:51 PM EST) -- Nanya Technology Corp. on Friday asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to toss its investigation into insolvent Elpida Memory Inc. over four dynamic random access memory patents, in light of Micron Technology Inc.'s proposed acquisition of Elpida.
