General Seeks To End Asbestos Claims Coverage For Insulator

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 4:50 PM EST) -- General Insurance Co. of America on Friday sought to end its asbestos claims coverage for an insulation company facing bodily injury claims by suing a slew of other insurers, including Continental Insurance Co., Federal Insurance Co. and National Indemnity Co., for allegedly failing to pay their fair shares of coverage in litigation.
