Ninestar Appeals Ink Cartridge Import Fine To Supreme Court

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 5:30 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit is clinging to the incorrect notion that authorized foreign sales do not exhaust U.S. patent rights, Ninestar Technology Co. Ltd. said in urging the U.S. Supreme Court to review an $11.1 million fine over ink cartridge imports the U.S. International Trade Commission leveled against it.
