Pa. Supreme Court Suspends Philly Judge In Ethics Flap

Law360, Philadelphia (November 13, 2012, 6:34 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued an order Friday suspending Judge Thomas Nocella from his post in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas over allegations that he failed to disclose legal and financial information, including a contempt of court charge in a campaign finance dispute.
