Objections Pour In To Dura's Reorganization Plan

Law360, New York (November 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- With the deadline for objections looming, interested parties and creditors of bankrupt auto parts maker Dura Automotive Inc. came out in droves on Monday to formally object to the company's reorganization plan.

At least eight parties, including the Internal Revenue Service, filed objections to the company's reorganization plan and disclosure statement in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The objections take issue with a variety of proposals in Dura's plan for reemergence from Chapter 11 protection.
