High Court Lets SG Join Logging Runoff Permit Arguments

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 2:30 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday granted the U.S. solicitor general permission to present oral arguments in an appeal of a Ninth Circuit decision finding that stormwater runoff from logging roads requires an environmental permit under the Clean Water Act.
