Baker Tilly, Lexington End Coverage Dispute In $50M Ruling

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 4:51 PM EST) -- Accounting firm Baker Tilly Virchow Krause LLP and Lexington Insurance Co. told a Wisconsin federal court Thursday they have settled their coverage dispute over an underlying professional liability suit for which Baker Tilly was hit with a $50 million judgment.
