Law360, Chicago (November 13, 2012, 5:49 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania judge granted Highmark Inc.'s bid for a preliminary injunction against West Penn Allegheny Health System Inc. on Friday in its suit over the deterioration of the companies' $475 million merger deal, barring West Penn from courting other merger offers.
