Supreme Court To Tackle Federal Arbitration Act

Law360 (November 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Arbitration's growing pains will be on display before the Supreme Court justices Wednesday, as they hear oral arguments in a unique arbitration challenge that could have a broad impact in a wide variety of disputes.

“What's at stake is what arbitration is supposed to look like,” said Eric Tuchmann, general counsel of the American Arbitration Association, which filed an amicus brief in the case.
