Applied Materials Taps Honeywell Atty As New GC

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 4:56 PM EST) -- Semiconductor maker Applied Materials Inc. has snagged Honeywell International Inc.'s deputy general counsel as its new senior vice president and general counsel to replace its soon-to-retire legal chief, the Santa Clara, Calif.-based company said Monday.

Thomas Larkins, who served as Honeywell's deputy general counsel and vice president since 2002, will join Applied Materials on Nov. 26, according to the company.
