Idaho Health System Sues Rival Over Physician Practice Buy

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 6:37 PM EST) -- St. Alphonsus Health System Inc. on Monday hit rival St. Luke’s Health System Ltd. with a suit in Idaho federal court, alleging St. Luke’s plans to acquire a physician practice will severely harm health care competition in Idaho and eastern Oregon.
