DR Horton Can't Double Travelers Damages In Coverage Row

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 4:13 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge on Tuesday rejected D.R. Horton Inc.'s request that he reconsider a ruling limiting the damages the developer can collect from Travelers Indemnity Co. in a coverage dispute over a $39.5 million home construction defect suit.
