Ex-BP Engineer Wants Gov't Emails In Deepwater Texting Case

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 2:58 PM EST) -- Former BP PLC engineer Kurt Mix, who faces criminal charges for intentionally destroying evidence related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, on Monday asked a judge to force the federal government to turn over emails, notes and other evidence that he says show he had no intention to purposely hide information.
