Feds Issue Long-Awaited Guidance On FCPA

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 2:04 PM EST) -- U.S. federal regulators on Wednesday released a highly anticipated resource guide on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, aiming to clear up confusion among attorneys and corporations on how to comply with the anti-bribery law.

The Department of Justice and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission jointly issued the 120-page guide one year after a senior DOJ official announced it was forthcoming.
