CVS Caremark Investors Urge 1st Circ. To Revive Merger Suit

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 6:38 PM EST) -- CVS Caremark Corp. shareholders on Tuesday asked the First Circuit to revive their suit against the company and three executives, arguing that a federal judge wrongly concluded that they didn't show economic harm resulting from company executives' alleged cover-up of problems stemming from the 2007 merger between CVS and Caremark.
