Sens. Demand FDA Meeting Following 5-Hour Death Reports

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 5:44 PM EST) -- Two U.S. senators asked the head of the Food and Drug Administration on Thursday to meet with them about the agency's regulation of energy drinks, a day after the FDA confirmed it had received 13 reports linking 5-Hour Energy to consumer deaths.
