Pa. Law Against Wrongful Birth Suits Struck Down

Law360, Philadelphia (November 15, 2012, 5:36 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Wednesday struck down a law prohibiting lawsuits for wrongful birth and wrongful life, finding the law violated a provision of the state's constitution that requires any piece of legislation to pertain to a single subject.
