Union Urges Court To Block RG Steel Employee Payments

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 2:46 PM EST) -- Former RG Steel LLC workers urged the Delaware bankruptcy court Thursday not to greenlight a plan that would pay the bankrupt steel company's remaining 21 employees salaries and benefits through the end of the year while the former workers “face financial ruin.”
