6 Risperdal Suits To See Appeal Over Marketers' Dismissal

Law360, Philadelphia (November 16, 2012, 6:45 PM EST) -- An attorney representing six men who allegedly grew breasts after taking the antipsychotic Risperdal said Friday he would appeal a Pennsylvania judge’s ruling in favor of two marketing firms that allegedly assisted Johnson & Johnson in pushing the medicine for off-label use in children.
