Fracking Pollution Plaintiff Wants Property Access Denied

Law360, Philadelphia (November 16, 2012, 4:06 PM EST) -- A western Pennsylvania landowner who claims that a Range Resources Corp. Marcellus Shale drilling site caused the contamination of his well water asked an administrative law judge Wednesday to prevent the company from accessing his property to collect evidence.
