Surgical Centers Lodge Antitrust Claims Against HCA, Centura

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 4:30 PM EST) -- Four Colorado ambulatory surgical centers launched an antitrust suit against hospital chain HCA Inc., Centura Health Corp. and others in federal court on Thursday, accusing them of conspiring to put the surgical centers out of business, eliminating potential competition.
