House Committee Blasts HHS Over ACA Exchange Uncertainty

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 4:42 PM EST) -- A congressional committee on Friday blasted the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, saying its last-minute decision to give states an extra month to decide whether to implement Affordable Care Act-mandated health insurance exchanges was yet another example of widespread uncertainty related to the law.
