Enviros Allowed To Add New Lease To Wyo. Coal Mining Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 7:42 PM EST) -- A Wyoming federal judge on Thursday allowed environmental groups challenging coal mining leases in the Thunder Basin National Grassland to add a recently granted lease to its suit against the U.S. Forest Service, finding the supplemental pleading will not unduly burden the government or delay the case.
